Pearl Joan Korkuvi is a professional Librarian with over 10 years’ experience in academic libraries, electronic resources management, reference services, information literacy instruction and excellent customer service. She is presently an Assistant Librarian at the University of Education, Winneba where she imparts her knowledge through Information Literacy instruction. She holds a MSc. in Information Management from the Univerzita Hradec Králové, Czech Republic and a B.A. in Information Studies from the University of Ghana (UG), Legon. Her research interests are both diverse and compelling, ranging from library electronic services, reference services, and library management to information literacy and customer service.
