Student Matriculation Portal Login Instructions

The University of Education, Winneba (UEW) wishes to inform students that the Matriculation Portal is available for the completion of the matriculation process.

Students are required to follow the instructions below:

  1. Visit the UEW Matriculation Portal at https://mat.uew.edu.gh

  2. Enter your Index Number as your username.

  3. Enter the numeric portion of your Applicant Number as your password.

    • For example, if your Applicant Number is UEW123456, your password will be 123456.

  4. Log in to the portal and confirm your programme details.

Students are advised to enter the password exactly as the numbers appear in their Applicant Number on the admission letter.
