The Cape Coast High Court Judge, Her Ladyship, Mills-Tetteh on Friday, 18th November 2022 referred the suit filed against the University of Education, Winneba by the Registrar, Paul Osei-Barimah against being asked to proceed on his Accumulated Leave.

A powerful re-constituted Supreme Court, CORAM: Baffoe Bonnie JSC, Avril Lovelace Johnson JSC, Torkornoo JSC, Kulendi JSC, Prof Quarshigah JSC, and Amadu Tanko JSC on Wednesday, 9th November 2022, delivered its erudite ruling on an application for Judicial Ruling of the ruling of the same Supreme Court then sitting as an Ordinary Bench comprising of five Justices which dismissed an earlier Judicial Review application by one Emmanuel Ansong Baah, styled as done in public interest against the ruling of the Winneba High Court reinstating Prof.
