UEW Responds to Amnesty International Ghana

The Management of the University of Education, Winneba held a Press Conference on Tuesday, 8th May, 2018 at the North Campus at Winneba to respond to certain issues raised by Amnesty International Ghana which seeks to sow discord and tarnish the image of the University.

The Statement was presented by the Ag. Vice-Chancellor, Rev. Fr. Prof. Anthony Afful-Broni.

Also present at the Conference were the Ag. Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Prof. J. K. Kagya-Agyemang, Registrar, Surv. Paul Osei Barima Esq, Ag. Finance Officer, Mr.  Bruno Chirani and the University Librarian, Mr. Viscount B. Buer.

In attendance were Deans of Faculties, Directors, Deputy Registrars, Heads of Department, representatives from some media houses and some staff of the University.
