Physical Inspection and Verification of Cars, Motorbikes and Bicycles

Staff of the University are kindly informed that the Office of the Internal Auditor is scheduled to carry out an audit on the University Payroll Management System. As part of this exercise, the Office of the Internal Auditor will undertake physical inspection of all cars, motorbikes and bicycles, and also verify ownership documents.

All staff receiving vehicle, motorbike or bicycle allowance are requested to produce the Office the following:

• Original documents and a set of photocopies of Form C from DVLA (proof of ownership), Insurance Certificate, Roadworthy Certificate
• The Car, Motorbike or Bicycle for physical inspection 

The exercise is scheduled as follows:

Date:   10^th August, 2020 to 21^st August, 2020.

Time:  Between 9:00am to 2:00pm each day

Venue: The Car Park at the Jophus Anamuah-Mensah Conference
