Dr, Dogbey, Emmanuel

I am Dr Emmanuel Dogbey, born in Accra but hailed from Wodome, Akatsi in the Volta Region. I am a Senior Lecturer and currently, the Head of the Department of Ewe Education in the University of Education, Winneba. I am a trained professional teacher with many years of teaching experience across all levels of Education in Ghana (Primary, JHS, SHS, College of Education and now in the university). I hold a Doctor of Philosophy Degree from the Kenyatta University. I also hold a Master of Philosophy in Ghanaian Languages - Ewe, Master of Education in Educational, Administration and Management and Bachelor of Education in Ghanaian Languages - Ewe all from the University of Education, Winneba. I had my professional teacher training certificate from the then St. Francis Teacher Training College now St, Francis College of Education (Mathematics and Science Programme) and  SSSCE from Keta Senior High Technical School (Science Programme).

I am married with children.
