Final Extension of Registration Deadline

Management of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) has granted a final and non-negotiable extension for students who have not yet completed their semester registration.

New Registration Deadline:
Tuesday, 23rd June 2026 at 11:59 PM

All affected students are required to:

  1. Complete their online registration on the student portal and ensure all required courses are selected and submitted.
  2. Print their registration slip(s) immediately after submission.
  3. Obtain departmental endorsement on the printed registration slip(s).
  4. Submit a copy of the endorsed registration slip to their respective department.

Important Consequences for Non-Compliance

Students who fail to complete the registration process by the stated deadline will face the following sanctions:

  • Deactivation of their student portal.
  • Automatic deferment to the 2026/2027 Academic Year in accordance with university regulations.
  • Ineligibility to participate in the upcoming Mid-Semester and End-of-Semester Examinations.

Please note: This is Management's final intervention regarding registration for the semester. No further extensions or petitions will be entertained after 23rd June 2026.

All students are strongly advised to take immediate action and complete the registration process before the deadline.
