The Centre for International Programmes at the University of Education, Winneba is pleased to announce the availability of Erasmus+ Scholarship opportunities for Spring 2025 through its Inter Institutional Agreement with the University College Copenhagen (KP), Denmark.

Eligibility Criteria:

The Centre for International Programmes (CIP) at the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), in collaboration with the African Students and Alumni Forum (ASAF), hosted an impactful outreach programme to showcase the benefits of the Erasmus+ scholarship to staff and students of UEW.

The Department of Environmental Health and Sanitation Education (DEHSE) at the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), has taken a significant step towards addressing waste management challenges by equipping students with essential knowledge and skills to turn these challenges into business opportunities.

The Inter-University Conference for Doctoral Studies (IUCDS) has convened a three-day seminar at the Johpus Anamuah-Mensah Conference Centre, hosted by the University of Education, Winneba (UEW).

The conference sought to elevate academic and professional achievements under the theme "Enhancing Quality Teaching and Research in Education Through Interdisciplinary Collaboration."

The Level 400 Physics Education students from the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), as part of their course “Technology in Physics Education” for the second semester, visited the Osagyefo Library on July 4, 2024, upon the request of their lecturer Prof. M. K. Amedeker. The purpose of this visit was to familiarise themselves with the library's resources and services, understand how technological advancements support physics education through these resources, and prepare for their term essays.

The Faculty of Ghanaian Languages Education (FGLE) at the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) hosted a vibrant weeklong cultural celebration under the theme “Promoting Ghanaian Languages in Education: A Catalyst for Enhancing Intercultural Relations and National Development.”
