The Acting Registrar of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), Mrs. Wilhelmina Tete-Mensah, has urged the university's janitorial staff to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism in preparation for the return of students for the new academic year.

The Faculty of Social Sciences Education (FSSE) of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), hosted a delegation from the Africa Centre of Excellence in Coastal Resilience (ACECoR) of the University of Cape Coast (UCC) to discuss the creation of a data repository on Ghana’s marine and coastal resources. The meeting at the Geographic Information System (GIS) laboratory brought together faculty members, researchers, and students from FSSE. 

The Directorate of Research, Innovation and Development (DRID) has urged Research Fellows at the Institute for Educational Research and Innovation Studies (IERIS) of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) to intensify their efforts in securing grants.
