UEW Invests and Inducts Prof. Mitchual as 5th Vice-Chancellor
The University of Education, Winneba (UEW), witnessed a historic event as it officially welcomed Prof. Stephen Jobson Mitchual into office as its 5th Vice-Chancellor on Friday, 19th April, 2024.
The investiture ceremony, held at the Jophus Anamuah-Mensah Conference Centre on the North Campus of Winneba, was a grand affair attended by notable dignitaries and luminaries from various fields.

Students are urged to follow the laid-down directives as stipulated in this notice and the various student handbooks to ensure smooth and efficient operations for all stakeholders.

Reopening Date | First Semester, 2024/2025 Academic Year
The Management of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) wishes to reaffirm that the reopening date for the First Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year remains unchanged. All continuing and newly admitted students are expected to report to campus on Saturday, 11th January 2025.
Resit and Supplementary Examinations for General Education Courses
The Department of Educational Foundations, School of Education and Life-Long Learning, wishes to inform the UEW community of the scheduled Resit/Supplementary Examinations for General Education Courses. These examinations are slated to take place from 14th to 17th January 2025, in accordance with the First Semester 2024/2025 Academic Year calendar.
