Since its establishment, the Directorate has focused on addressing gender imbalances, strengthening institutional capacity, and creating an environment where both staff and students can thrive.

Through programmes such as capacity building, mentorship, advocacy, and outreach, we continue to support sustainable progress within the University and the wider community.
