Ms. Patricia Kaitoo, ChPA
Senior Assistant Registrar
Joined UEW on 1 November 2005 as Senior Administrative Assistant. Has served in the Finance Officer's Secretariat (Head of Secretariat, Jan 2006 – Mar 2016), the Division of Human Resource, and the Division of Academic Affairs. Member of the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants, Ghana (CIAMC) and current President of its Winneba Chapter. Former Assistant Secretary to GAUA, UEW Local (2019–2024) and National (2022–2024).

Mrs. Karen Eyram Okoro
Assistant Registrar
Assumed duty on 1 July 2013. Served in the Procurement Unit (2013–2017), then transferred to Human Resource (Aug 2017), and later to CODeL (Nov 2017 – Aug 2021). Has served at the Gender Mainstreaming Directorate since August 2021.
