I have served on several boards/committees in various capacities and collaborated with various institutions and teams on sexual reproductive health and rights projects. My areas of research interest include sexual and reproductive health and rights, induced abortion, commercial sex work, maternal and child health, adolescents’ reproductive health and rights, family planning/contraception, gender-based violence, quality assurance in health care service delivery, human rights in health, bioethics, and Climate Change in Health (Planetary health). My research outputs have contributed significantly to understanding and addressing the challenges in sexual, reproductive health, and rights (SRHR) in resource-limited settings, which have also informed advocacy drives for policy and programme decisions, particularly in service delivery, information, communication, and education in areas involving sexual and reproductive health and rights.
