UEW Gender Mainstreaming Directorate to Hold Leadership Seminar

The Gender Mainstreaming Directorate of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), is pleased to announce a Leadership Seminar under the theme, “Building Inclusive Leadership for Institutional Growth and Innovation.”

The seminar forms part of the Directorate’s ongoing efforts to advance inclusive leadership, gender equality and institutional excellence across the University. It will provide participants with practical leadership insights and strategies while promoting a progressive institutional culture that embraces diversity, encourages innovation and ensures equitable opportunities for all members of the University community.
