Biography
Gideon Justice Adjerakor, is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Early Childhood Education of the University of Education, Winneba, with teaching experience since 2004, across basic schools and tertiary levels of education in Ghana. He was a Tutor at Dambai College of Education for ten (10) years where he served in different positions. He holds M.Phil. and B.Ed degrees in Music Education, from the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) and Diploma in Human Resource Management from Institute of Commercial Management, Bournermouth, England. He was awarded Teachers’ Cert. ‘A’, at Dambai Teacher Training College from the University of Cape Coast (UCC). Currently he is the Supported Teaching in Schools Coordinator and Music and Dance lecturer of the Department of Early Childhood Education of the University of Education, Winneba . His research interest areas are Music Education, Play-Based Pedagogy, Child Development, Educational Pedagogy, Curriculum Development and Teaching Practice (Practicum).
