Call for Abstracts | 7th International Research Conference of the College of Humanities, University of Ghana

The College of Humanities at the University of Ghana, in collaboration with Oxfam International, invites submissions for its 7th International Research Conference. The conference aims to explore the intersections of inequality, social inclusion, technology, and sustainability amidst rapid technological change, economic uncertainties, climate crises, and shifting socio-political landscapes.
Achieving equitable and sustainable development requires innovative interdisciplinary research and actionable policy interventions aligned with the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. This conference seeks to foster interdisciplinary discussions addressing economic, social, environmental, and technological inequalities to build resilient and inclusive systems.

Abstracts on other relevant topics to the central theme are welcome.
Submission Format and Language
- Individual Presentations: Abstracts should not exceed 250 words.
- Panel Sessions: Submissions should include a 300-word summary and comprise a minimum of three and a maximum of five papers aligned with one of the sub-themes.
- Language: English is the main language, with accommodations for major Ghanaian languages and French.
