The Department of Educational Foundations, School of Education and Life-Long Learning, wishes to inform the UEW community of the scheduled Resit/Supplementary Examinations for General Education Courses. These examinations are slated to take place from 14th to 17th January 2025, in accordance with the First Semester 2024/2025 Academic Year calendar.

Following the release of the 2024 West African Senior High School Certificate Examination Results, the Admissions Office, UEW wishes to inform all those who applied to the University of Education, Winneba as awaiting results applicants to kindly visit their application portals and upload/update their records.

The University of Education, Winneba (UEW) Chaplaincy lit up the holiday season with its annual Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols, held at the School of Creative Arts (SCA) Theatre, Central Campus, UEW, on Thursday, 19th December, 2024.  

This event rooted in tradition, brought together members of the university and surrounding community for an evening of joyful music, scripture readings, and festive celebration.

The University of Education, Winneba (UEW) is making notable progress in infrastructure development, a statement reinforced by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Stephen Jobson Mitchual, during his address at the university's First Session of the 29th Congregation, held from 17th to 21st December, 2024, at the Jophus Anamuah-Mensah Conference Centre (JAMCC).

The University of Education, Winneba (UEW), in collaboration with the Regional Maritime University (RMU), has organised an Open Researcher and Contributor Identifier (ORCID) training workshop for selected faculty members.   

The Management of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) and a five-member delegation from Jiangsu University (JSU) have engaged in discussions to bolster and expand their longstanding collaboration.  

The Management of University is excited to announce an initiative to launch our University Mentorship Club and cordially invite you to join this enriching inventiveness.
