Dr. Zechariah Langnel is currently a lecturer at the Department of Political Science, University of Education, Winneba. He is also an adjunct lecturer at the University of Ghana Business School (UGBS) and Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). Dr. Langnel is a consultant specialising in decentralization and local governance, sustainable cities and societies, public sector management, urban resilience, smart city governance, natural resource governance, energy governance, and the politics of public service delivery. Dr. Langnel has distinguished himself as an excellent and accomplished academic as demonstrated in his taste for quality research in high impact factor journals. Dr. Langnel is a reviewer for some top-tier journals, including Journal Sustainable Cities and Society, Journal of African Business, Resources Policy Journal, Journal of Health Economics, Policy and Law, African Development Review, and International Journal of Development Issues. He has consulted for several organizations including the Parliament of Ghana, African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), Luxembourg Social Trust Project, and United Cities and Local Government Africa (UCLGA).
