FUSSAG UEW ORGANISES ELECTION FOR 2016/17 ACADEMIC YEAR

The Federations of Universities Senior Staff Associations of Ghana (FUSSAG) UEW Local has held its elections for the 2016/17 academic year on Wednesday 27th April, 2016.

Out of a total number of three hundred and thirty three on role (333), two hundred and fifty nine (259) turned up for the election. By close of the Election Day, Mr. Kingsley Amoakwah took the Chairmanship position with 215 votes. Mr. Isaac Donkor emerged the 1st Vice-Chair with 188 votes. Ms. Joyce O. Mantey emerged the 2nd Vice-Chair with 237 votes. Mr. Jones Appiah-Kubi was voted into office as secretary with 160 votes. Mr. Hector Owoahene-Acheampong was elected Assistant Secretary with 144 votes. Mr. Frank K. Bentum Oppong was elected Trustee with 172.
