Invitation to Food Exhibition on Endangered Ghanaian Dishes

The level 300 students of the Department of Home Economics Education, UEW are organizing food exhibition on endangered Ghanaian dishes and dishes from lesser-used food commodities in Ghana. The purpose is to promote inter-regional patronage of dishes and preservation of Ghanaian food culture.
