Special Exercise to Harmonise Course Codes

The Student Records Office would be undertaking a special exercise to harmonise course codes and see to their requisite mounting on OSIS within all campuses of the University from Monday, 16^th July 2018 to Wednesday, 8th August 2018. Officers from the SRO would be visiting the various campuses as per the schedule provided to undertake this exercise. This special exercise would involve Departmental Examination Officers and Graduate Coordinators on all campuses.

This exercise would ensure that the course codes within the University would be harmonised and the right courses mounted for easy identification and efficiency on OSIS for the upcoming and subsequent semesters. The officers involved are to make sure they come with the current course structure for all programmes run in their departments.
