Disinfection Exercise

As part of measures to contain the spread of COVID 19 and other possible viruses in the country, a benevolent organisation, Zoomlion Ghana, has volunteered to embark on disinfection exercise in the public universities in Ghana. The Organisation will visit University of Education, Winneba for the exercise on Thursday, 16^th April, 2020, at 7:00 a.m.

The targeted areas are: lecture halls, students’ residential halls, and walkways on all campuses, as well as IERIS.

Deans/Directors, Heads of Department, Hall Managers, Director of Health Services, Director of Works and Physical Development, Security Director, Head of Health and Sanitation, Faculty Officers and the Estate Officer, are kindly requested to avail themselves to offer any support that the workers of the organisation might need.  

All staff are by this circular, notified of the aforementioned exercise and at the same time entreated to offer your maximum cooperation for the success of the exercise.
