Collection of Academic Gowns For 27th Congregation Ceremony | 2nd Session
The Second Session of the 27th Congregation for the award of degrees, diplomas, and certificates to students will be held from Friday, August 25, to Saturday, August 26, 2023, at the Jophus Anamuah-Mensah Conference Centre, North Campus, Winneba.
In connection with the ceremony, Deans and Directors are entreated to select members of Convocation from their various Faculties, Schools, and Institutes to be part of the Vice-Chancellor's procession.
The selected Members of Convocation and all Graduands should register at the Department of Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Sports (HPERS) Gym, North Campus, Winneba for the collection of their academic gowns as scheduled below:
Date: Thursday, 24th to Saturday, 26th August 2023
Time: 7:00 am to 6:00 pm each day.
Please note that the academic gown must be returned immediately after the congregation ceremony. Any late return of the academic gowns will result in a fee being levied. Graduands are expected to produce their Clearance Chit and any National Photo Identification Card to collect their certificate. Your cooperation is highly anticipated.
