Academic Colloquium : Call for Abstracts
The Department of Media and Communication Studies is ten years, HURRAY!!! As part of activities to mark this celebration, we invite graduate students, scholars and researchers to participate in an academic colloquium on the broad theme of Communication and Media Studies Education. The objective of the colloquium is to share your work, network and learn from colleagues. Relevant topics include, but are not limited to the following:
- History of Communicaion
- The Research Agenda of Communication
- Theories Related to Communication
- Language and Communication
- Gender and Communication
- Social Issues and Communication
- Health and Communication
- Community and Communication
- Politics and Communication
- Conflict and Communication
- Religion and Communication
- Curriculum of Communication
Important Dates:
20th March, 2018 (Deadline for abstracts-250 words)
30th March, 2018 (Notification of acceptance of abstracts)
26th April, 2018 Coloquium (Venue: Department of Communication and Media Studies, South Campus)
