2017 Graduands of the University of Education, Winneba and the general public are hereby informed that the November Session of the 22nd Congregation for the award of degrees, diplomas and certificates will be held as follows:

Registration Procedure:

Graduands who wish to be presented at the congregation should Click Here to Register

All Graduands to note the following:

  1.  Closing date for registration is Friday November 17, 2017 for Winneba Campus and Friday November 24, 2017, for Kumasi Campus. ONLY THOSE WHO HAVE REGISTERED ONLINE WOULD BE PRESENTED. NO REGISTRATION  WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THESE DATES.
  2. Graduands would be required to attend a rehearsal a day before the scheduled date for the Congregation at 2:00 p.m. at the Winneba, Asante-Mampong and Kumasi campuses.
  3. Dress code for the Congregation is formal, e.g., for gentlemen, a tie and a shirt preferably with a jacket. IMPROPERLY DRESSED PERSONS WILL NOT BE PRESENTED
  4. Graduands should be seated at the Congregation grounds by the time indicated above on the date of the Congregation in the academic dress appropriate to their Degrees/Diploma/Certificate.
  5. There will be an accredited photographer covering the events and graduands may obtain copies of their photographs for a fee.
  6. A congregation church service will be held on the Sunday after the Congregation at 9:00 am. On the three campuses.
