In the 2005/2006 academic year, the Department of Information Technology Education (ITE) was mandated to run B.Ed. Information Technology Programme which has currently been changed to BSc. Information Technology Education. As part of the expansion of the Department, the Academic Board of the University of Education, Winneba approved the running of the BSc. Information Technology programme during the 2010/2011 academic year. This is a fee-paying programme which is run as an Evening session.
