Acting Vice-Chancellor's Special Welcome Message to Regular Students

The Ag. Vice-Chancellor of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), Very Rev. Fr. Prof. Anthony Afful-Broni has, on behalf of the Governing Council and the Management of UEW, extended a special welcome to regular students especially, fresh students from all over the country to UEW.

He indicated that a good number of initiatives have been undertaken some of which were: the establishment of fully functioning Health Facilities in all the campuses of the University; Preparation of Academic and Non-academic staff through Workshops and Conferences both locally and internationally in order to provide the necessary support to students all through their stay in the University; and the harmonization of Courses across the campuses in the University to reflect international standards.

The Ag. Vice-Chancellor also stated that a lot of work has been done in terms of infrastructural facilities – good number of renovation works, provision of student sheds and lover benches as well as huge improvement in the internet facilities providing strong wi-fi signals all over the campus.
