Richard Sam-Mensah is a Lecturer in the Department of Management Sciences at the School of Business, University of Education, Winneba.
He hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning in Higher Educaion (PGDTLHE) from the University of Education, Winneba, an MPhil in Human Resource Management from University of Ghana, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from University of Education, Winneba and is currently a PhD candidate at the School of Business, University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
His research interests are in the areas of Occupational Health and Safety Management, Organizational Culture, Workplace Diversity, Project Management, Sustainable Human Resource Management Practices and Organizational Behaviour.
Subsequently, he has published in Peer Reviewed International Academic Journals such as Seisence Business Review, International Journal of Psychology and Education, European Journal of Education and Pedagogy, Journal of Humanities and Applied Social Sciences among others. He is also a peer reviewer for the International Journal of Workplace Health Management.
