The Estate Section of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) announces the availability of vacant accommodation units for allocation to eligible members of the university community.

• Ten Bedsitter Room 5, North Campus

• Eight Bedsitter Room 3, North Campus

• Eight Bedsitter Room 4, North Campus

• Eight Bedsitter Room 8, North Campus

• Semi-Detached Apartment, Water Works

Application Guidelines

• Advertisement Period: 3rd – 17th September 2025

• Applicants are required to download the Point System Application Form from the university website.

• Completed forms should be submitted to the Estate Section within the advertisement period.

• Late submissions will not be accepted.

• Members who have previously written formally to the Housing Committee must also reapply using the point system application process.

This process ensures transparency and fairness in the allocation of accommodation.
