30th Congregation - First Session
The University of Education, Winneba (UEW) informs all 2025 graduands and the general public that the First Session of the 30th Congregation will be held in person from Wednesday, 26th to Saturday, 29th November, 2025, at the Jophus Anamuah-Mensah Conference Centre, North Campus, Winneba.
The ceremony will confer degrees, diplomas, and certificates on the 2025 Class of Regular and Sandwich Graduands, as well as the School of Graduate Studies, according to the schedule below:

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Graduands who wish to participate in the ceremony must register online via the UEW website at
https://clearance.uew.edu.gh/graduation
Provide all required details to complete the registration process.
Registration closes on Friday, 21st November 2025, at 12:00 noon.
No late registrations will be accepted.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GRADUANDS
- Graduands must be seated at the venue by 8:30 a.m. on their scheduled date, in full academic dress appropriate to their Degrees/Diplomas/Certificates.
- Academic gowns will be issued at the School of Business Block, North Campus, Winneba.
- Graduands must present their Clearance Chits and Student or National Photo ID to collect certificates.
- Dress Code: Formal attire is mandatory.
- Gentlemen: Shirt and tie, preferably with a jacket.
- Improperly dressed persons will not be presented at the ceremony.
- Mandatory rehearsals will be held at 3:00 p.m. each day before the respective ceremonies.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA COVERAGE
- Only accredited photographers will be permitted to operate on campus during the ceremony.
- Accreditation ends one day before the start of the Congregation.
- Registration for accreditation is at the University Relations Office (URO), Emmanuel Kwesi Ampene Building, Room 214, 2nd Floor, North Campus.
- Graduands may obtain copies of their photographs for a fee.
