Ms. Ashun, Esther Kumea

Esther Kumea Ashun is a well trained professional with the ability to adapt to any demand and willing to contribute to the growth and development of any institution. She holds a Master of Philosophy in Home Economics (Food and Nutrition) and B.Ed. Home Economics both from the University of Cape Coast. She also holds a Higher National Diploma Certificate in Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management from Kumasi Polytechnic. Her work experience has given her appreciable knowledge in her area of specialisation. Her research interest is in Food and Nutrition related issues and product development.
