Dr. Richard Boateng is a lecturer, researcher, knowledge management and development consultant. He is a Global Korea Scholar who benefited from the Korean Government Scholarship Programme. His specialisations are; Community Mapping and Research, Public Health Administration, Health Policy Analysis, Health Insurance Systems, Development Policy Implementation, GESI Analysis and Mainstreaming, Project Data Analysis and Reporting, and Health Research. Richard holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Health Administration from Silla University, Busan, South Korea. He holds a Master of Philosophy degree in Geography and Resource Development with specialization in Medical Geography and Geographic Information Systems. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Resource Development, with Philosophy from the University of Ghana. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education from the University of Education, Winneba. Richard is a lecturer in the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana. Richard also worked as a Knowledge Management and GESI Advisor for the FCDO (UKAid) funded Strategic Approaches to Girls Education (STAGE) Project which was led by World Education Inc.
