Mr. Roger Amoako is a dedicated lecturer in the Department of Educational Foundations at the University of Education, Winneba. He holds a Master of Philosophy in Educational Administration and Management from the University of Education, Winneba, a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from the same University, as well as a Commonwealth Executive Master of Public Administration (CEMPA) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). Additionally, he is an alumnus of the University of Ghana, where he earned a bachelor's degree in History.
With extensive teaching experience across both pre-tertiary and tertiary education levels in Ghana, Mr. Amoako is a seasoned educator and a professional teacher. His areas of expertise and interest include educational leadership, management and administration, educational policy analysis and implementation, and teacher education.
Currently, he is pursuing a PhD in Educational Leadership at the University of Education, Winneba. His guiding principles—humility, hard work, and discipline—are deeply embedded in his professional approach, shaping his commitment to excellence in education.
