Fafanyo Dzakadzie is a lecturer in Organic Chemistry at the Department of Chemistry Education, University of Education, Winneba. His research interest is in Pharmaceutical Chemistry focusing on isolation and structural elucidation of bioactive compounds from medicinal plants purposively towards drug discovery. He is also interested in food science in the area of quality control for food safety. He holds an Mphil degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
He is open-minded, friendly and a team player with a sound and optimistic outlook on all things in life. He possesses an excellent ability to undertake meaningful and relevant research in his field of study.
