Harrison Kwame Golo holds PhD in International Development with a focus on Human Rights from the University of Vienna, Austria. He also holds Four Master's degrees (M.A., MSc., M.A., M.A.) from the International Institute of Social Studies and Universities of Gothenburg (Sweden), Roehampton (UK), and Tromso (Norway) respectively. In addition, Harrison holds PostGraduate Diploma in Human Rights, and Teaching Learning in Higher Education from the International Institute of Social Studies and the University of Education, Winneba respectively. Harrison is currently an Associate Professor at the Centre for Conflict, Human Rights, and Peace Studies and a Vice Dean, at the Centre for International Programmes at the University of Education, Winneba. He is a Co-investigator of One Ocean Hub, a global inter-disciplinary research collaboration with institutions in the UK, Africa, South Pacific, and the Caribbean, as well as UN agencies and other international partners. Harrison has been involved in human rights-related research for over a decade with a broad interest in child labour, human trafficking, juvenile and administrative justice, health and human rights, climate change, poverty, gender, and development.
