GES Monitoring Team to Visit Ajumako and Winneba Campuses of UEW to Head-Count GES Students on Study-Leave

The Monitoring Team of GES would visit the Ajumako and Winneba campuses of UEW to monitor or head-count students (GES staff) on study-leave with pay. The visit is scheduled as follows:

The monitoring Team would, among other things, inspect the following documents:

• Study-leave with pay approval letters of students from 2017 to date
• Admission letters of students of Study-leave with pay from 2017 to date

All students (GES staff) on study-leave with pay at Ajumako and Winneba campuses, UEW are respectfully requested to submit the above two (2) documents to:

1. THE VICE-DEAN, OFFICE OF DEAN OF STUDENT AFFAIRS, AJUMAKO CAMPUS BEFORE MONDAY, 19^TH OCTOBER, 2020.
2. THE DEAN, OFFICE OF DEAN OF STUDENT AFFAIRS, WINNEBA CAMPUS BEFORE FRIDAY, 23^RD OCTOBER, 2020.
