Profile: Bernard B. B. Bingab (ADE, ChPA, CHRMP, PRINCE 2, PhD)
Bernard B. B. Bingab is a senior lecturer at the Department of Management Sciences, School of Business. His Doctor of Philosophy research is in the governance, management and systems of organizations. Organizations are seen as a network of systems that must work together. The research focused on the system and institutional theories and concludes that though the inputs are important in determining the output in organizations, in human development, the process is a key determinant of the output. With 7 seven years in University administration, he has been teaching at the university in the past 8 years. As a consultant, he has work experiences with a number organizations including; Carnegie Cooperation of New York, GIZ, DSIK, AGRITERA, the World Bank Group, Parliament of Ghana among others.
