Waste to Worth: An Exhibition of Recycled Art

The Department of Art Education proudly invites the university community and the general public to the official unveiling of a groundbreaking student art installation:

Waste to Worth: An Exhibition of Recycled Art

This exhibition showcases the work of three final-year students; James Wofa Ampiah, Martin Tetteh Narh, and Emmanuel Akwesi, who have transformed discarded beverage cans and second-hand clothing (obroni wawu) into a powerful wall-hanging installation. The piece addresses pressing issues of environmental waste and cultural preservation in Ghana, reframing waste as a valuable resource for both art and social dialogue.
