Announcement for Collection of Academic Gowns for the First Session of the 29th Congregation Ceremony

The Office of the Dean of Student Affairs (ODSA) wishes to inform all stakeholders that academic gowns for the First Session of the 29th Congregation Ceremony will be available for collection at the Ground Floor of the Lecturers' Office Complex, North Campus, located next to the Faculty of Educational Studies (FES).

Collection of gowns will be open from Monday, 16th December to Saturday, 21st December 2024.

Important Details:

1. Convocation Participation:

Convocation members are encouraged to join the Vice-Chancellor's procession. Due to limited seating, only Deans and Directors may join the procession on all days. Other Convocation members may join the procession only on days when graduands from their respective Faculties are presented.

2. Registration and Collection:

 Graduands and Convocation members must register before collecting their gowns.

3. Return of Gowns:

All gowns must be returned immediately after the ceremony.
Late returns will attract a fee to ensure timely returns and availability of gowns for future ceremonies.
