Announcement for Collection of Academic Gowns for the First Session of the 29th Congregation Ceremony

The Office of the Dean of Student Affairs (ODSA) wishes to inform all stakeholders that academic gowns for the First Session of the 29th Congregation Ceremony will be available for collection at the Ground Floor of the Lecturers' Office Complex, North Campus, located next to the Faculty of Educational Studies (FES).

Collection of gowns will be open from Monday, 16th December to Saturday, 21st December 2024.

Notice of Election of UEW Alumni Association Executive Officers

The UEW Alumni Reorganisation Committee, together with the Office for Institutional Advancement (OIA), is pleased to inform University of Education, Winneba (UEW) alumni that the nomination process is now open for the election of Officers who will serve on the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the UEW Alumni Association. This announcement calls all eligible alumni to participate actively in the nomination process, ensuring that the NEC is composed of dedicated and visionary leaders committed to advancing the interests of the alumni community and the university at large.

29th Congregation | First Session

The 2024 Graduands of the University of Education, Winneba, and the general public are hereby informed that the First Session of the 29th Congregation for the award of degrees, diplomas, and certificates to Regular, Sandwich and Distance students will be held in-person from Tuesday, December 17, 2024, to Saturday, December 21, 2024, at the Jophus Anamuah-Mensah Conference Centre, North Campus, Winneba, as follows:

UEW Matriculates 256 Sandwich Students, Emphasises Excellence and Responsibility

The University of Education, Winneba (UEW) has held a matriculation ceremony for 256 sandwich students for the 2023/2024 academic year at the Jophus Anamuah-Mensah Conference Centre, North Campus, Winneba.

The cohort comprises 114 males and 142 females, representing diverse professional backgrounds. The students are enrolled in various academic programmes, including certificate, diploma, post-diploma/bachelor’s degree, and postgraduate programmes.
