Dr Mark Quansah is a Lecturer at the Department of Educational Administration and Management, University of Education, Winneba. He holds a PhD in Educational Leadership from the University of Education, Winneba, Master of Philosophy, and Master of Education in Educational Administration and Management from the University of Education, Winneba, Postgraduate Diploma in Education from University of Cape Coast, and B. A. Religions and Sociology from the University of Ghana. At the Post graduate level, he is currently teaching Theories in Educational Administration and Management, and Human Resource Management in Educational Administration and Management. At the undergraduate level, he is currently teaching Trends in Education. Mark’s research interests are Educational Leadership, School improvement planning and implementation, Human resource management/development in education, School-community relations, and Stakeholder participation in education. Mark is inclined towards the Pragmatist’s philosophical position which has made him develop interest in Mixed methods research. In terms of professional development, Mark has acquired a wide array of exposure and experience in teaching at both pre-tertiary and tertiary levels. He is mature, meticulous, and proficient in all endeavours. He relates well with his peers and superiors. His greatest strength is his public presentation skills which makes him an effective teacher. Finally, Dr. Mark Quansah demonstrates a sense of integrity at all times and has excellent attention to duty.
