Dr. Enoch Danso Okyere is a lecturer in educational leadership at the Department of Educational Administration and Management (DEAM), University of Education, Winneba. With a strong passion for advancing education, Dr. Okyere joined DEAM after a successful tenure at the Islamic University College, Ghana, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the Department of Education and Psychology. His contributions included designing academic programmes and serving as the department’s secretary, showcasing his commitment to institutional growth and excellence.
Dr. Okyere brings extensive expertise in teaching, research, and community service, which he has cultivated throughout his academic journey. He holds a PhD in Educational Leadership, an MPhil in Higher Education Administration, and a Bachelor of Education in Social Sciences, all from the University of Cape Coast. His exceptional academic achievements include receiving the esteemed Dean’s Award for producing the best thesis and being recognised as the overall best-graduating student during his doctoral studies.
At DEAM, Dr. Okyere aims to leverage his rich background and professional experience to drive the development of academic and professional programmes. Through his teaching, research, and policy advocacy, he is committed to contributing to the department’s growth, strengthening its capacity to address pressing educational challenges and fostering innovation in educational leadership and administration.
