Mr. Ndoye, Joshua-Luther Ndoye

My name is Joshua-Luther Ndoye Upoalkpajor. I attended Bishop Herman College in Kpando in the Volta region of Ghana and went to Cape Coast Polytechnic (Now Cape Coast Technical University) where I obtained a Higher National Diploma, University of Education - Winneba where I obtained B.Ed. Guidance and Counselling and MPhil Guidance and Counselling respectively. I also went to National Institute of Development Administration, Bangkok, Thailand and graduated with Master of Arts in Policy Management. I worked with a Ghana government institution (National Commission for Civic Education) between November, 2006 and March, 2018 where I rose through the ranks to become a Senior Civic Education Officer and scheduled as District Director. I teach at the University of Education, Winneba at the Department of Counselling Psychology. I also work the university's counselling centre, and currently on my Doctoral degree program (PhD in Guidance and Counseling) at Centro Escolar University in Manila, Philippines. I have thirteen publications to my credence as at March, 2022.
