Nomination of Students for Scholarship to Participate in Summer School at University of Massachusetts, USA

The Centre for International Programmes at the University of Education, Winneba, is pleased to announce the nomination process for students to be awarded scholarships to participate in a Certificate programme on Sustainable Energy. This programme is organised in collaboration with the University of Massachusetts, USA.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Nominees must be high-performing Level 200 or 300 students with the highest CGPA.

Nomination Process:

  • Each Department is to nominate and submit names of three (3) students (preferably 2 from Level 200 and one from Level 300).
  • The selection process will include an aptitude test and a selection interview.

Submission Details:

  • Heads of Department are required to submit the full names, Department, and contact numbers of nominees through the Deans of the respective Faculties/Schools.
  • Nominations must reach the CIP Dean’s Office no later than 3:00 pm on Thursday, 8th August, 2024.

Selection Process:

  • The selection processes will take place between Monday, 12th August and Wednesday, 14th August, 2024 at the CIP Conference Room.
  • The exact time will be communicated to the nominated students.
