Dr. Simon Kormla Donkor holds a PhD in Physical Education from the Department of Health, Physical Education, and Sports at the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He also earned a Master of Philosophy degree in Physical Education from the University of Education, Winneba. He complemented a three-year Post-Secondary Certificate (Cert 'A') from Amedzofe College of Education, where he trained as a professional teacher.
With extensive experience within the Ghana Education Service, Dr. Donkor has served at multiple educational levels, including both Basic and Secondary institutions. He currently holds a position as Senior Lecturer in the Department of Basic Education at the University of Education, Winneba.
Dr. Donkor has contributed significantly to the field through authorship of numerous peer-reviewed articles published in reputable international journals. Noted for his collaborative spirit, open-minded approach, and commitment to advancing scholarly research, he actively engages with academic peers to foster innovative educational developments.
