Workshop for Deans and Heads of Department

University Management will be holding a Leadership Development Workshop for Deans, Vice-Deans, Directors, Deputy Directors, Deputy Registrars, and Heads of Department under the theme:

“Towards Becoming a Centre for Excellence in Education: Strategies of a Successful Leader.”

The workshop is designed to strengthen leadership capacity and enhance participants’ effectiveness in the discharge of their administrative and academic responsibilities, in line with the University’s strategic direction.
