The University of Education, Winneba (UEW), has from Monday, 22nd July to Friday, 2nd August 2024, hosted the 7th edition of the African Linguistics School (ALS 7), a prestigious biennial training programme that draws top linguistics experts from around the world.

The Department of ICT Education (ICTE) at the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), in collaboration with the INFOCTESS Women’s Commission and G-click, has hosted a transformative summit for Senior High School (SHS) girls aimed at inspiring them to pursue careers in technology.

The Level 400 Physics Education students from the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), as part of their course “Technology in Physics Education” for the second semester, visited the Osagyefo Library on July 4, 2024, upon the request of their lecturer Prof. M. K. Amedeker. The purpose of this visit was to familiarise themselves with the library's resources and services, understand how technological advancements support physics education through these resources, and prepare for their term essays.

We hereby announce Mr. Emmanuel Botwe and Prince Percy Kwamena Mbir Taylor Esq.'s withdrawal as vice presidential and presidential candidates respectively from the upcoming GAUA elections scheduled for Wednesday, 24th July, 2024, on personal grounds.
