Two outstanding female students from the Department of Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Sports (HPERS) in the Faculty of Health, Allied Sciences, and Home Economics Education, University of Education, Winneba (UEW), have been chosen to represent Ghana in pickleball at the prestigious 13th All Africa Games.

In a compelling address, His Excellency the President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has advocated for the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), to embrace an ICT-driven 2024-2028 strategic plan. Stressing the transformative power of digitisation, he highlights the impact of emerging technologies on work, life, and learning.

In a moving valedictory speech, the valedictorian of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), Class of 2023, Mr. Richard Badu, has shared an inspiring tale of resilience, determination, and triumph over financial adversity.

The Chancellor of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), Neenyi Ghartey VII, conveyed a compelling message to the graduating class, highlighting the swiftly changing dynamics of our world.

He passionately encouraged graduates to not only recognise but actively embrace continuous learning, entrepreneurship, and innovation as indispensable tools to navigate the ever-shifting employment landscape.
