Issifu YIDANA (Ph.D.) was born on September 9, 1957 in Kubori to Dahamani Yidana (Father) and Aisha Idris (Mother). YIDANA is an Associate Professor of ICT Education and Mathematics at the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), Winneba, Ghana currently on a Post-Retirement Contract. Yidana holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from the Ohio University, Athens, Ohio, USA, obtained in June 2007. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science Applications from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, Hubei Province, PR of China and an M.Sc. (Mathematics) from the University of Science and Technology. Yidana also studied Mathematics and Education at the University of Cape Coast for the BSc (Mathematics) degree and Diploma in Education. Yidana has been teaching Mathematics Content Courses, Computer Applications in Mathematics Education (M.Phil./MEd Courses), Multimedia Authoring and page design, Data Organization and Databases, Computer-based Instruction, Visual literacy for educators, Instructional Design, Online courseware design and learning, Numerical Analysis/Methods, Discrete Mathematics and it’s applications, and Research Methods in ICT Education, etc. for the past 30 years.
