The College for Distance and e-Learning of the University of Education, Winneba, invites applications from suitably qualified and competent individuals for the position of Study Centre Coordinators for the following Centres:
- Ajumako Study Centre
- Dambai Study Centre
- Ho Study Centre
- Hohoe Study Centre
- Offinso Study Centre
- Sekondi Study Centre
- Sunyani Study Centre
- Teshie-Accra Study Centre
The Position
The Coordinator is the Manager of the Study Centre. S/he is responsible to the Principal of the College for Distance and e-Learning for the supervision, effective and efficient Management of the Study Centre to support the vision and mission of the College.
Requirements for the Position
A Candidate seeking appointment as Study Centre Coordinator must be:
- a Masters degree holder in Education or Applied Sciences or Social Sciences or Humanities.
- a teacher/administrator with a minimum of five (5) years relevant experience.
- a person with leadership qualities, organisational skills and must be above reproach.
- an individual of integrity with excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- able to promote good relationship between the Study Centre and Host Institutions.
- able to manage and control crises at the Study Centre.
Tenure of Appointment
The appointment is part-time and successful applicants should be able to serve for at least two (2) years (1st August, 2024 – 31st July, 2026). The successful candidates are expected to assume duty by 1st August, 2024.
Condition of Service

Mode of Application

- Ten (10) copies of Curriculum Vitae, Academic Certificates, including names and addresses of two (2) referees who would submit reports on them directly to the address below.
- Ten (10) copies of two-page statement of candidate’s vision for the Study Centre.
- Indicate which Study Centre s/he wishes to be considered for appointment.
